We offer standard and expedited shipping options to cater to your needs. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, while expedited shipping may take 2–3 business days.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines for these items will be provided at the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package. We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At TGS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the order.
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference between the original and new item will be adjusted accordingly.
